About the Book: The Circle of Life
The Circle of Life is a deeply personal collection of poems that invites readers to explore the beauty, rhythm, and emotion woven through every stage of human experience. Inspired by my own journey, these poems celebrate the intricate bonds of family, the warmth of friendship, the depth of love, and the wonder of the world around us.
For more than fifty-nine years, the piano has been my faithful companion and muse. The timeless works of classical composers have not only shaped my musical life but also awakened my poetic voice. In this collection, I’ve sought to capture the essence of that influence — translating sound into imagery, melody into metaphor, and rhythm into the cadence of language.
Each poem offers a moment of reflection — a lyrical snapshot of emotion designed to stir the heart and awaken the senses. Through vivid imagery and thoughtful expression, The Circle of Life transforms everyday moments into timeless meditations on love, loss, joy, and renewal.
I’m also proud to share that proceeds from the first day of book sales and the official launch will be donated to the Young People’s Symphony Orchestra, supporting the dreams and development of future musicians.
